Some 58 percent of adults in Turkey said they support replacing Iran’s government, according to a January public opinion survey by MetroPOLL Research.

The poll found 58.8 percent answered “yes” to the question asking whether they support regime change in Iran, while the remainder said they did not support it or were undecided.
MetroPOLL said the survey, part of its monthly public mood series, was conducted January 15 to January 21 on 1,219 respondents.
The findings surfaced as the United States and Israel launched strikes on targets in Iran, prompting Iranian retaliation and warnings from governments across the region about a wider conflict.
US President Donald Trump urged Iranians to overthrow their leaders after the strikes, indicating that the confrontation expands beyond the nuclear dispute that had been the focus of recent diplomacy.
