An Ankara court on Friday ordered the seizure of all assets of US-based Turkish Islamic scholar Fethullah Gülen and 64 others as part of an ongoing investigation into the Gülen movement, which the Turkish government accuses of masterminding a July 15 coup attempt.

In line with an investigation launched by the Ankara Public Prosecutor’s Office and based on charges that include “leadership and membership in a terrorist organization,” “providing financial support to a terrorist organization” and “disseminating propaganda for a terrorist organization,” a Penal Court of Peace ruled for the seizure of all assets of Gülen and 64 others.

The court also ruled for the seizure of revenue from the future sale of his books in Turkey.
