Must read

A prosecutor in Turkey’s Adana province has issued detention warrants for 51 active duty and retired military members on coup allegations as part of a purge ongoing since a July 2016 failed coup.

Police raided locations in 33 provinces, Turkish media reported on Monday.

Turkey has detained, arrested or convicted thousands of active duty and dismissed military officers as well as military school cadets on charges of involvement of the coup without due process or concrete evidence since the failed coup.
