The Turkish Coast Guard said on Sunday that nine people including six children died after a speedboat carrying 15 migrants sank off the coast of Antalya province.
According to the state-run Anadolu news agency, four migrants were rescued by the Coast Guard while another one was saved by a fishing boat off the coast of Antalya’s Demre district.
Authorities are still searching for one migrant who went missing in the disaster.
