Seven people were injured, one of them seriously, in a natural gas explosion in the Küçükçekmece district of İstanbul on Monday.
The explosion took place on the first floor of a three-storey pastry shop and destroyed the façade of the building.
Firefighters and ambulances were immediately dispatched to the scene to contain the fire and assist the injured.
