Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan opened a mosque with his Belarusian counterpart, Alexander Lukashenko, in Minsk on Friday.
The head of Turkey’s Religious Affairs Directorate, Professor Mehmet Görmez, and mufti of the Republic of Belarus Abu-Bekir Hazrat Shabanovich were also in attendance during the inauguration ceremony of the mosque in Minsk.
