Three soldiers died and one was wounded on Tuesday in a terrorist Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) attack in Turkey’s eastern Hakkari province.
Four PKK militants were reportedly killed in a counterterrorism operation.
Turkey has been fighting the Kurdish separatist PKK since the early 1980s.
