A police panzer in the eastern province of Tunceli crushed a 72-year-old woman to death on Tuesday morning.
The woman, identified as Naciye Özdemir, was trying to cross the street at Dersim Seyit Rıza Square when the incident occurred.
Özdemir, who was rushed to the hospital, was pronounced dead upon arrival.
