55 members of Free Syrian Army escape from al-Nusra Front, take shelter in Turkey, report says

Syrian state-run news agency SANA claimed in a report that 55 members of the Free Syrian Army (FSA), who had been held captive by al-Nusra Front, have escaped Syria and taken shelter in Turkey.

According to the report, the group was imprisoned by al-Qaeda-linked al-Nusra Front in the Syrian city of Idlib. Abu Gazi, a commander of the FSA, is alleged to be among the FSA militants, who crossed into Turkey after fleeing the Akab al-Nasrawi prison in Idlib.
