Telecommunication Communications Presidency (TİB) blocked access to website of the pro-Kurdish Dicle news agency (DİHA) late on Wednesday, for the 40th time over the last 10 months.
Access to DİHA, 13 reporters of which are currently in prison, was blocked in July 2015 for the first time.
The agency continues broadcasting news via dicle-haber.xyz website.
