Fuat Oktay, director of Turkey’s Disaster and Emergency Management Agency (AFAD), has been appointed as the Prime Ministry Undersecretary.
The appointment was published on the Official Gazette on Sunday.
Oktay is expected to take over the post from the former Undersecretary Kemal Madencioğlu.
